Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from procurement officers and HR directors evaluating enterprise training solutions.

Enterprise pricing begins at 501 employees. Organizations with 2-50 employees qualify for the Team tier ($17.95/person), and organizations with 51-500 employees qualify for the Agency tier ($11.95/person). For organizations at or above the 501-employee threshold, enterprise pricing is negotiated based on total headcount, contract duration, and any bundled services such as SCORM export or custom certificate branding. Request a quote to receive a formal pricing proposal.

Yes. Enterprise accounts include department-level segmentation in the HR analytics dashboard. Employees can be assigned to departments during registration or via bulk import. Compliance reports can be filtered and exported by department, making it straightforward to track and report training completion across large organizational structures. Separate entity sub-accounts can also be configured for consortium arrangements.

After signing the service agreement, your agency can submit a Purchase Order referencing our quote number. We issue a formal invoice with NET 30 payment terms. Access to the platform is activated upon receipt of a valid PO - you do not need to wait for payment to clear before employees begin training. We accept PO from state agencies on the CMBL vendor registry and from local government entities. ACH, check, and credit card payment are also accepted. Contact us to request vendor setup documentation if your accounts payable team requires it.

Yes. Enterprise accounts include a SCORM 1.2-compatible export option. We provide a packaged course file that can be uploaded to most Learning Management Systems that support SCORM, including Cornerstone, SAP Litmos, Moodle, Blackboard, and most state agency LMS platforms. For agencies that prefer to host the course within their own LMS infrastructure, the SCORM package delivers the full DIR-certified curriculum including the final assessment and certificate trigger. Contact your account manager after signing to request the SCORM package and integration documentation.
