Known Limitations

While we target WCAG 2.2 AAA conformance, the following known limitations exist. We are working to address these:

  • Certificates: Completion certificates are generated as HTML and printed to PDF via the browser's print dialog. These browser-generated PDFs may not be fully tagged accessible PDFs. Contact us to request a certificate in an alternative accessible format.
  • Text-to-Speech: The Listen feature uses the browser's built-in speech synthesis, which varies in voice quality and availability across browsers and operating systems.
  • Third-party content: QR codes on certificates are generated by an external service and may not be accessible to all screen readers.

Alternative Formats

  • Course materials can be provided in alternative formats upon request
  • Assistance is available for users who need help accessing content
  • Certificates can be provided in alternative accessible formats upon request

Assessment and Testing

We regularly assess the accessibility of our platform using:

  • Automated testing tools (axe-core, WAVE)
