Planning Tip: Good planning leads to better projects! Take your time to think through each section. You can always adjust your plan as you work, but starting with clear goals will help you stay on track.

1. Project Vision

What is your project title? (Be creative but descriptive!)
What problem or need will your AI address? Who will use it?
Why is this project important or useful? What inspired you to choose this idea?

2. Platform Selection

Choose the platform you will use to build your AI project:

Best for image, sound, or pose recognition

Create mobile apps with AI features

Build interactive games and stories

Why did you choose this platform? How does it fit your project goals?

3. AI Type and Categories

What type of AI will you create? (Check one)
What categories (classes) will your AI distinguish between? List at least 3-5 categories:
Category Number Category Name Description
1
2
3
4
5

4. Training Data Plan

How will you collect training data for each category?
How many training samples do you plan to collect for each category? (Minimum 50 recommended)
How will you ensure your training data is diverse and balanced?

5. Success Criteria

How will you know if your AI is working well? What accuracy percentage would you consider successful?
What specific tests will you run to evaluate your AI?

6. User Interface and Features

What features will your AI application have? (Besides basic classification)
How will users interact with your AI? Describe the user experience:

7. Potential Challenges

What challenges do you anticipate in building this project?
What is your backup plan if your first approach doesn't work?

8. Project Timeline

Phase Tasks Time Estimate
Data Collection
Model Training
Testing
Refinement
Presentation Prep

9. Teacher Approval

Teacher feedback and approval:
Remember: This is a planning document - your project may evolve as you work! It's okay to make adjustments based on what you learn during development. The important thing is to start with a solid plan and iterate from there.
